JNTUH Final Notice for Ph.D. Scholars, Directorate of R&D

The Hon'ble Vice Chancellor directed to implement Academic regulations meticulously pertaining to Ph.D. programme. ln this connection it is advised to all the research scholars to pay attention regarding tuition fee payment and to follow the procedure for extension of time.

In this regard several reminders and emails to the individual scholars have been sent, where there was no response from a few scholars. Under these circumstances, as per the R&D Academic Guidelines, the Research Scholars who have not paid the tuition fee for the two consecutive years, their registrations / admissions are liable to be cancelled and the same objection is raised by the AG Audit report Vide Lr. No. 810/Accts/Audi/AG Audit lnspection Report-JNTUH HQ of Units/2016-18/2019, Dated 16/11/2019.

Further, it is observed that many Ph.D. scholars have not applied for extension of time before the time lapse. lt is informed to the research scholars that they should apply for extension of time at least three months before the lapse of validity of duration. No application will be entertained if the candidate fails to apply within the stipulated time.

Treat this as final notice, failing which the admission stands cancelled. The last Uate for payment of tuition fee / apply for extension of time is 30th September 2021.
