The Principals of all the Constituent and affiliated colleges  are requested to note that the following three  revised trip dates of postal logistics van arrangements from 05-10-2021,08-10-2021& 12-10-2021 for the B.Tech/B.Pharm/PharmD(PB) Sep/oct-2021  examinations for collecting the answer booklets. The routes, the respective pickup points and respective colleges are enclosed here with as ANNEXURE along with timings. The answer scripts of the examinations of  13-10-2021 shall be sent through speed post  or by hand to the concerned Additional Controller of Exams. The Principals are requested to follow the following instructions for bundling and submitting the answer scripts to the postal van.Use the good quality cloth for bundling the answer scripts and put sufficient number of seals.

It is requested to upload the number of bundles prepared in each session of exam in the Exam registrations portal.

Write the host college name and Host College code only on the answer script bundles and should NOT write parent college code and parent college name on the bundles.

The colleges must submit the answer script bundles to the postal van only at the specified pick up points for the respective colleges mentioned in the ANNEXURE.

The timings for the postal van at respective pickup points for Exam days are mentioned in the ANNEXURE.A senior teaching faculty member must accompany with the answer script bundles at the time of handing over the bundles to the postal van and get the     acknowledgement  from the postal staff. Utmost care should be taken while carrying out the various activities related to this.
